The Promotion is sponsored by Dell Corporation Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with registered office at Dell House, The Boulevard, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berk RG12 1LF (the “Promoter”). Claims must not be sent to this address as they will not be processed.
Opia Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales of Priory House, Pilgrims Court, Sydenham Road, Guildford, Surrey, England, GU1 3RX, administers this Promotion (the “Administrator”).
This Promotion will commence at 00:01 AM (CST) on 12th February 2020 and is expected to close at 23:59 (CST) on 10th March 2020 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is subject to change and may be shortened at any time without prior notice.
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you (“Participant”) must be a legal resident, over the age of 18 years old, in the United Kingdom (“Territory”) with a valid bank account number and sort code in the Territory.
This Promotion is not open to wholesalers, resellers or retailers. Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) are also specifically excluded from this Promotion.
Participants who purchase a new (i.e. not second hand or refurbished) promotion product listed in the Table 1 below/shown at this [LINK] (“Qualifying Products and Corresponding Rewards”) within the Promotion Period (“Promotion Product”) from any of www.amazon.co.uk, Dixons (https://www.currys.co.uk/), SDG (https://www.very.co.uk/) or John Lewis (https://www.johnlewis.com/) (“Participating Retailers”) will be eligible to claim a cash back reward (“Reward”) as also listed below in Table 1, provided they comply with these Promotion Terms and submit the requisite claim information (“Claim”).

Participants, businesses and households may claim for a maximum of one (1) Promotion Product during the Promotion and the Participant’s name and address submitted in the Claim must match that on the bank account details submitted. Promotion Products are limited to available stock.
In order to participate in the Promotion and claim the cashback Reward, Participants must go to [www.Dell-Offers.com/Cashback] and complete the online Claim form, including scanning and submitting copies or photographs the following:
The receipt or invoice, dated between 12th February to 10th March 2020, indicating the products purchased, as well as the purchase date showing the purchase of the Qualifying Product(s).
The original barcodes from the Qualifying Product packaging, these barcodes are composed of 12 digits. Important: The above images must be clear and legible.
A copy of your proof of purchase and your bank account details in order to be eligible to receive the Reward.
Claims must be submitted within 14-45 days from the date of purchase of Qualifying Product. The date of purchase indicated on the receipt is day one (1). The final point for submission of Claims is no later than 11:59pm (CST) on 23rd April 2020. If Claims submitted after this claim window, they will be deemed invalid.
Once your Claim has been received, you will receive confirmation of receipt by email from Support@Dell-Offers.com. You will receive further communication within 3 business days stating whether or not your Claim has been successful. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the customer service team using the email address above within seven (7) days of their Claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
Provided the terms and conditions of this Promotion have been met, your Reward will be paid to you via bank transfer within 28 days of Claim validation.
If an incomplete claim form or an unaccepted proof of purchase is received a notification email will be sent to you with the opportunity for you to provide the required items within seven (7) days of the email being sent. If no reply is received within seven (7) days then the claim for a Reward will be refused.
In the event of a Promotion Product being exchanged for any other Promotion Product for any reason during the claim period and if the cashback Reward has not been paid, the original Claim will be voided and you will need to re-submit your Claim accordingly against your replacement order. Returns of your Promotion Product will invalidate your Claim and you will no longer be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
The decisions of the Promoter in respect of any, and all aspects of the Promotion will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
Any bank charges applied in respect of receipt of a Reward by Participant’s bank will remain his responsibility. Any illegible, incomplete, erroneous, or manifestly fraudulent application or that does not comply with the Claims deadline or these Promotion terms will be considered non-compliant and will not be eligible for a Reward.
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age, and other relevant details of any Participant.
The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by the laws of England and are subject to all applicable regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions, or the rights and obligations of Participant and the Promoter in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether the laws of England, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the laws of England. Dell reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
The Promoter may use personal information you submit to advise you of future promotions and to provide information about products of the Promoter or its associated companies that may be of interest, but only where you have actively consented and confirmed that you have read and agree to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: privacy@dell.com.
